What does the bible have to say about a pure heart?
Psalm 24:3-5
Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in His holy place?
He that hath clean hands and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul into vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
He shall recieve blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
1 Timothy 1:5
Now the end of the comandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good consience and of faith unfeigned...
2 Timothy 2:22
Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
1 Peter 1:22
Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
